Northam

At the King's Head, Northam, on Monday afternoon, Mr A W Cock FAI, sold by auction the dwelling house and garden, cottage and store at the corner of Lennard's Road, as advertised.

Mr W Heaman became the purchaser at £242. Messrs Bazeley, Barnes and Bazeley were the solicitors for the vendor.
