Northam School Netball - 13th May 1977

These young pupils of St Margaret's School, Northam, have plenty to smile about.
Since the 11-year-olds formed a netball team last September they have played some 20 matches and they have won them all.
Their latest success came in Torridge District Schools football and netball rally at which they won the netball trophy with a 13-10 victory over East-the-Water School, Bideford in the final.
The team comprises: Lindsay Warmington, Alison Jarvis, Julie Chattey, Sandra Maxfield, Carolynne Moore, Suzanne Holder, Polly Hughes with Harriet Peacock and Cerys Parry as reserves.
