Delany-Westaway – The engagement is announced between Rosemary Elizabeth, only daughter of Mr and Mrs NT Westaway, Yeo Vale, Bideford, and Faolan Robert, son of Mr and Mrs J C Delany, of Montreal, Canada, formerly of Dublin.
