£50,000 For Farm

Rosedown Farm, Hartland, a 90-acre dairy farm with small farmhouse and range of buildings, was sold by auction on Tuesday for £50,000 equivalent to £550 per acre.

Purchaser was Mr S Brown, of Buckland Brewer, and auctioneers were Messrs Price, Ogden and Stubbs, of Bideford.
