Quadruplets at Newton Tracey
When Mr T. Ford of Parsonage Farm, Newton Tracey returned home from the annual dinner of Lovacott and District Farmers’ Club, at which one of the principal topics of the speeches had been increased production from our farms, he found that one of his six-toothed ewes had given birth to four lambs.
The quads and their mother were all doing well. The picture shows them with Mr and Mrs Ford. The ewe, bred by Mr Ford gave birth to triplets as a two-tooth, and to twins as a four-tooth. What next?
