‘One of golf’s immortals’

A big surprise came to Mr J.H. Taylor, former Open golf champion on five occasions, when a special envoy arrived to present to him an illuminated scroll bearing the signatures of some 150 of America’s ‘senior’ golf professionals as a tribute to ‘one of golf’s immortals.’
