Pat Smythe and Wilf White

Two of the greatest show jumping riders in Britain – Pat Smythe and Wilf White – both Olympic bronze medallists – will be among those competing at this year’s Bideford and District Horse Show, to be held at Porthill on Wednesday next.

This, the oldest purely horse show in the Westcountry, is the 118th in the series, a wonderful record.
