Promising runs on beach

Pioneer enthusiast of sand-yachting at Westward Ho!, Mr E. Bizzell has been having some promising runs on the firm beach there at speeds in the region of 40 m.p.h. but he is still awaiting a perfect combination of wind and beach conditions that will permit him a seaward run to seriously challenge the present sand-yachting record of 45 m.p.h. which he is convinced can be beaten at Westward Ho!
