Stormy seas at Westward Ho!
High tides whipped by gale-force winds provided visitors and residents alike with a new source of entertainment during the early days of this week.
Spray was being flung high inshore over the roofs of Springfield Terrace and Westbourne Terrace. The tips of the spray waves reached 15 feet above the roofs of the houses before they broke.
