Pump at Orchard Hill

This survival of a bygone age, the disused public pump at Orchard Hill, is to be preserved.

Northam Urban Council have told Mr B.D. Hughes of ‘Kitty Bassett’s Cottage,’ Fore Street, Northam, that he can have it subject to his paying the cost of removal and agreeing that he will not sell it.
