Swan Cygnets pose with the Darts Association for the Blind trophy 

for the Bideford area and their captain Colin Bennett holds the area singles cup.

The team are: Ken Ebsworthy, Tim Staddon, Mike Ellis, Gerald Ellis, Geoff Staddon, Colin Bennett.

Bideford Amateur Rowing Club receive a new darts trophy from the Texaco Company, handed them by Mr Sam Redfern. First winners of the trophy are the Rejects from the Portobello, comprising Tony Beer, Brian Jenkins, and Jim and Marion Fargher.
